   Hey, I have a mod that improves the textures of eyes in general (all human and asari eyes) will this override those textures or just change the color? Thanks in advance =)

      This only changes the colors. I only changed values, not textures.

   Wanted to ask, will this affect on other cosmetic mods that change Peebee? Like removing her face tattoo/improving skin?

      No, it won't effect the other mods. I have mods to remove her tattoo, and I'm actually working on some new tattoos for her too.
