   i can´t get the .exe to work at all. nothing happens when i click on it. not even with admin on.

      It is unstable and has lots of bugs. Plus Samara's textures are busted in new ALOT.

      I see. Does Asari Remastered for ME3 mod fix Samara's teeth too?

      No. Asari Remastered is a texture mod that doesn't change any meshes.

      In my experience? Nothing.
      
      If you also use Project Variety and EGM, you have to switch to 2K LOD before visiting the Citadel after the Coup, but that's mostly it. Take Earth Back, starting the London Mission or the Citadel DLC Party also require 2K LOD.
      
      It is not ALOT that is "unstable", it's the damn 32bit ME3:OT limitations.
