I know this is really late but I might be able to help you all! Open the mod file with the tpf tool of ME3Explorer and not with Mod Maker. Load the mod file, say yes to the window that will come up, select the file, click Analyze with Texplorer and then Install Valid. Worked for me ^^
I had this mod installed before, and it worked fine, but I have since had to do a reinstall of ME3, and suddenly it isn't working anymore, can anyone tell me what is going on?
EDIT: It's because of the Controller mod, for some reason, using that means that this mod won't work.
Maybe an update is required to make it compatible.
Hey I know you must get this a lot but I have a been trying to do this on my own but since I don't have photoshop I can't seem to get it to work.
I have a favorite fan made version of Tali's face that I would like to be the photo in my mod, do you think you could knock up a version of this mod with that face.I just can't get it to work on my own because all the instructions I find online assume the user has photoshop and I can't afford that right now and I wish I could.
If you can do this then just either reply here or PM me and I will find a way to upload the photo to you.

Thanks for this mod once I figured out I was being an idiot and hadn't installed the ME3 explorer correctly it worked like a dream. I just have one question, as someone who is completely new to modding could someone explain how the photo was replaced in the first place? I ask because while I like this one and think a great job was done with this mod I have my own personal favorite fan made version of Tali that is different from the one here and I always like learning new things and I thought it would be fun to try and put my favorite version in the game.

selected mod maker
file -> load jobs
selected the file
let the ME3 explorer do its magic
even so, when going back in game Tali's picture is still the old bad photo-shopped version from Bioware...
EDIT: nvm, seems I forgot to set up the texture tree,
best to put that in your description as its very easy to forget to do that.
