    Unfortunately can confirm the same red eyes issue. I really liked this mod in Mass Effect 1 and 2, it's a real shame.

    Just confirming the above, although in my case it was every non-named npc; Anderson, Ashley, James etc, normal eyes, but any background character? Red.

    do not install this mod! all npc have read eyes except for shepard, i repeat do install this mod!
