Really great mod! Is there any chance that this becomes a DLC mod that just needs to be drag and dropped into Mod Manager? And if the Leviathan DLC has to be disabled* couldn't this mod do that automatically?

I love this mod, and I really enjoy the romance with Garrus. Is there anyway possible that the hug scene on the Normandy at the end can be improved? Really the only complaint I have about the entire romance scenario with Garrus. Great job and thanks for all your hard work. Cheers,
Any chance that this mod might get a remake in the future? I prefer this mod over the happy ending ones as this not only reintroduces the original concept but is also in line with how dark and depressing ME3 is. Here the choice is a bit more different compared to the vanilla and other ending mods, here it actually makes you think if your decision is the correct one. I seriously hope this get's revived/remade or that someone else does something similar
I really don't understand why people keep pushing this. Sure "dark matter" bla, bla, bla ,bla could have been good or not if planned properly and if goals were set to that ending at first place.Truth is, this was just an idea born out of "we have no idea where to head next so let's try multiple things at once". People are as always prove to be people, If they really dislike or it's not up to their opinion/taste, they grasp for last straw ...

Er...No. The 'Dark Energy' ending was always the original plan for the trilogy - it's why the trilogy is CALLED 'Mass Effect', because it is Mass Effect technology that is slowly destroying the fabric of the universe. The 'Skynet' ending was something they shoehorned in during the writing of Mass Effect 3. God knows why, as it's the most done-to-death trope in science fiction, and the intended canon ending 'synthesis' is so absurd it beggars belief. If I didn't know any better I'd say EA made Bioware change their planned vision for Mass Effect's ending in order to try and indoctrinate players into thinking fusion with AI and 'transhumanism' is a good thing we shouldn't fear...
I really like this ending way more than the lame idiotic bulls*** about organics vs synthetics (such a primitive human thinking does not fit the reasons and motivations of beings like the reapers, not even taking the many flaws and illogical points into account which are in part directly contradicted by the game itself *cough* Geht and Quarians *cough*), either completely let that part out and just show how they are defeated (MEHEM) or give us a logical conclusion (MEEM). I always thought that the ending would need to incorporate dark energy, E-Zero and the name giving Mass Effect. Why isn´t this more popular? Anyway, dear MrFob: Amazing work, for me this is the best Ending for the Trilogy! I just got a few questions: Is this compatible with CEM? Can i just run it with JAM and CEM since it only changes dialogue and some slides? What would need to be done to give all the changes from MEEM priority over the same affected files from JAM/CEM?
To be clear: I mean that i just want to have CEM afterwards and also Reignite as a credit song-isn´t MEEM like JAM only that it changes the text/dialogue? How to make it be like that if necessary? I hope that you know what i mean, big thanks and endorsed!
ps: i just want to use it with CEM, Thanemod and the Harbinger Addon for MEHEM if possible, what do i have to do for that if someone from the modding community doesn´t have time for that?
This is the best ending mod. I don't need happy end. I need ending which actually makes sense... Other ending mods focus on Shepard and try give us happy ending, where Shepard is alive, galaxy is survived, and everyone is hapy etc. MEEM gives us really great bittersweet ending. (Bioware intended give us bittersweet ending, but screwed it). There is only one issue... MEEM and Leviathan DLC are incoherent. I wonder if there is some mod, which can fix it. If there isn't I'll uninstall Leviathan...
I wish this had been used as the ending in the game. I LOVE tough moral choices and this is one of them. A lot of people chose the Destroy Ending because they wanted their Shepard to survive. In the Dark Matter Ending, you can choose to destroy the Reapers. This saves the galaxy for some time, long enough for Shepard to have lived and died and even someone like Liara to have passed before the universe ends, allowing you to be totally selfish for the benefit of your Shepard. Or you can be a big goddamn hero and save everyone. It's nice. I like it.
Some aspects could probably be improved, especially with some of the new features of ME3Explorer that were developed over the last year or so. Also, I had plans for a new Epilogue voice over for the Destroy ending, which I never implemented (didn't want to mess with Lance Henrikson's VO if I didn't have to). If you download the mod archive, you will find a pdf, that includes the original script I made for the final scene, which was a bit more extensive then what I could put into the game. However, I am kinda happy with the way it works right now and with RL not leaving me much time for modding these days, there are no real plans to make another version of this.
Since MEHEM has been updated not long ago, is there any possibility of updating this modification, too? It works well already, but with modding tools that were released after you had updated it for the last time many of your plans listed below may be achieved. As far as MEHEM neither has a couple of endings to choose from, nor explains the goals of the reapers, this mod seems to be the best alternative to EC. P.S. If something, excuse me for my bad English.
