Look. Your textures all look really good, but what about you put them all together instead of divided in, what, 20 files? Would be a lot faster and easier to download.
Because there are multiple modders and certain textures were done by more than one person. Splitting content up is both a courtesy to other modders AND people using mods because it gives them more freedom to choose. Mass Effect modding is unfortunately not very straightforward, with TPF's you have a limited number you can load in before your load times get too insane and you run risk of your game crashing. With .MODs you permanently replace gamefiles but you can no longer run TPF's untop of permanently replaced files, everything demands the preservation of choice by making smaller and directed mod packages.
For Mass Effect 1 and 3 big packs were released by other modders, because of the lack of option in choosing which parts to install, you are either forced to forego the entire pack or to abandon preferred TPF's done by other modders. Huge packs run interference for not just other modders, but also its users and this is exactly why I divide my content.
Some users prefer big packs, others run into real issues that could have been avoided altogether had the mods been split up. Hence me doing the latter, as it allows everyone to pick the exact content they want. Atm I am still creating content, it is conceivable I might create packs for complete 'sections' next to the seperated mods for those like yourself that would rather download less files, however I've not yet arrived at the point where I feel comfortable doing that.
