first of all great hairstyle. But im having a little problem with the alpha i guess. look at this screenshot (sorry for the crappy quality!): https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=5262DE229D8ED16E!269778&authkey=!AAfAMYJLxlSbmfQ&v=3&ithint=photo%2cjpg
Asked a couple of stupid questions initially, but after playing around with ME3Explorer and UDK got it all sorted. Still wanted to say thanks for the absolutely blinding mods (and all the guides you've posted - they helped significantly)! You do great work.
That can't be due to this mod, the TPF only touches the hair textures, not the face or scalp. It's likely something went wrong when you gibbed edited your save, you might have changed the wrong values or introduced extra spacing somewhere which will have corrupted the save and can cause load errors.
I'm potentially having the same problem as Alex_Okajima where my character is sporting the mohawk instead of your lovely braid.I'm using ME3 Explorer rev653 and your ME3 Braided Hairstyle-55-1-1. When I try using the tpf file it reports "No valid textures to install". When I try using the mod, the progress bar stalls halfway thru and gets nowhere. Update: Don't know if this helps figure out what the problem is, but I had the same problem with the fishtail braid from your site- in that one's case I was able to get it working using Texmod rather than me3 explorer, but i didn't help with this hair style- still just see the short mohawk
I'd really love to use this hairstyle, but unfortunately all I seem to be able to do is sport a really awful Mohawk, even though I've run ME3Explorer, Gibbed, and TOCBinUpdater. BinUpdater even found 11 different updates for this hair mod, but it still didn't take. Not sure what to do at this point in order to get it to work. =\
Can't help you without more information. For instance, which version of the toolset are you using? If you are not yet using the latest SF (rev 653) I'd highly suggest you update to it. If your tree is newer than rev623 you can take it along and won't need to rescan.
Meshes sometimes have an issue appending and it can be fidgetty at times, nowadays we use AutoTOC btw.
The one with the freckles across the nose and the scars is a custom private texture I've created for one of my shepards specifically, I just happened to have it loaded when I cycled through the characters to make some screenshots for the mod. It's not been publicly released.
Hmm well, likely not an exact copy as I created it to have that shepard stand apart from the rest, but I can release a variation on it for sure. It'll take a bit to get aroudn to it though as I'm currently working on some other mods that I'd like to finish and push out first but keep a look out =)
Haha yeah, also a personal one but that's fine I'll have a look in the upcoming days and release a collection of facial textures for Shep. I've made quite a few of them.
