NO INSTANT POWER USE
This is a simple Mod Manager mod that makes it so your teammates actually cast their powers rather than have them immediately impact.
As a result, your teammates will probably suck a lot more, but at least it will look cooler.
This mod can be installed safely after texture mod installation as installs into TESTPATCH, as these files are not modified by ALOT or texture mods,
and contain no texture pointers.
Uninstall this mod by restoring TESTPATCH from the Manage Target > Modified DLC archives (SFAR).
