Possible to edit Liara's vanilla eye colour in Me2? :) Its weird to have her eyes change when you meet her again in Lair of the Shadow Broker haha, also can this method be used to change liara's eye colour in Me1 as well? Or you got any ideas to do that?
The closest thing I've been able to find to Liara's ME2 appearance location is BIOD_TwrHub_102TradeFloor.pcc, where it has some information (under ASA_HED_ProMorph_R) pertaining to head morph textures. No idea where the real stuff is located, as the very convenient BioH_Liara_00.pcc (contains the needed eye texture/color information) doesn't exist in vanilla. I've found it very frustrating, and I haven't found any relevant information out there on the interwebs to point me to something usable.
In theory it could be done by editing the PCC directly but I've never dared try that. Otherwise, I know there is an editable head morph version of the default Shepard out there somewhere (Jane Reborn) but the original links are down. I've no idea where you'd find it now.
