   I just tried this out and I love it. I'm not all that into beards, myself, but this one fits Kaidan. It gives more definition to his face, makes him look more experienced, and more war-weary.

   Thank you so much for bringing this here. I saw it referred to on the "Fuzzy Kaidan" mod page and knew I had to have it to get close to my trifecta (blue eyes being the last piece). Installed a short time ago, checked it out to make sure it was working (I will get to more of that is a sec here) and Voila - One sexy hunk of Canadian man wrapped up in a socially awkward SPECTRE.
   
   As to the "more in a sec" bit, when I first tried to install the mod in ME3 Explorer, it did not work fully. I am ridiculously new at ME3 Explorer .. like this was the second time I had used it (a total of maybe 15 minutes of hands on time) and it kept giving me a "Format" warning and not installing some of the pieces (forgive me .. I cannot recall all of them but the map for Kaidan's injured face and the red face map were two, I do recall. Can't remember the third - sorry.). I checked the wiki and it turned out all I needed to do was hit the "Auto-Fix" button in the TPF area, just above and to the right of the "Install Valid" button, and it would fix it so it would properly install the next time I hit the "Install Valid" button. But .. I was a tad panicked I had screwed the pooch for a few minutes there.

      After you load them, click "Check all" --> "Analyse" --> AUTOFIX (it's just above the install valid button).That will format the files and allow you to install them and voila, fixed

   Hello! I am new to using ME3 Explorer. I used the TPF tools to install this mod into my game, but I don't notice any differences when I load my save. I noticed in the description that we need Texmodexe. to install the this mod. I can't find texmod anywhere online. Do I need it still? I am using origin.

      I'm having the same problem! I install using ME3 Explorer and the debug window reports all PCC files as updated, but then no beardy Kaidan in game :(

      EDIT: okay so I fixed it.
      When you load them into TPF Tools, after you analyze the, hit AUTOFIX at the bottom to fix the ones that say "Format"and then hit install valid.
