I just want to mention, the Blue File's download is actually black. Oh, and is there a version that's similar to Alliance colors? If the Blue one is supposed to be that, well...
EDIT: I tried all of them, and they all seem to be the same color. I'm probably doing something wrong though.
I've just checked the Blue file, which is actually blue, not black. I checked both my files (the original modded files on my PC) and the file uploaded here, and both are correct, so you may have just installed the black version over the blue by accident (the black one is also correct, so I doubt there is anything wrong with the black file).
The file that's similar to the Alliance colours I assume is either Blue (which is literally just a deeper blue than the default colour), or the Default Colour.
And as for them being all the same colour, I've never stumbled across that problem apart from Kaidan's first armour option, but that isn't what this mod changes. This mod only changes the second armour option which is the same model as Shepard's Cerberus Ajax Armour. In this case, that's "HMM_ARM_KAIb". Make sure you're only installing it over the Diff (or Spec if you're installing the modified Spec I've uploaded) file whilst in ME3 Explorer. I'm unsure what else it could possibly be other than an accidental installation. I'm working on trying to get an easier to install version made, but I'm not sure when it'll be ready.
These are all very nice recolors! I'm gonna have to nab that purple. I just love Kaidan in purple!
And the reason you're seeing two Spectre logos is because the default textures for this armor already have a Spectre logo on Kaidan's left (our right) chestpiece. It's only on the spec's alpha channel, which is why you're only seeing it in certain lighting. It makes that particular spot non-reflective, so when the rest of the chestpiece reflects the ambient light, a black Spectre logo will appear. To get rid of it, you'd either have to erase it from the spec file and include that altered spec with each of your mods, or move your alterations onto the other chestpiece where the default logo already is.
