12/10/21: I am as of now officially opening this mod for porting/remaking in ME:LE. If anyone wishes to take it up and either port it as is or redo it with ME:LE textures just shoot me a message to let me know and go for it! All I ask is credit for making the texture and design. Please Note:
While the .tpf versions of this uniform should work fine with all versions of ME3Explorer/Texmod, the .mod format versions currently require REV 653 of ME3Explorer, available here (under Optional Files) on the Nexus.  I am looking into updating them to the newest stable release of ME3Explorer and, but my modding time is currently limited and I don't know when or if that will happen.  Please be sure to keep a copy of REV 653 if you wish to use the .mod files for the time being. Thanks! :)

This is a simple texmod of the dress uniforms to give Shepard their own set of fancy Spectre whites.  You can choose to replace the standard dress uniform (plain blue) or the one worn by the Alliance council (blue with gold stripes) and they both come in .tpf for temporary replacement or .mod for permanent replacement.  The .mod files have been edited to restrict the uniform to Shepard as much as possible, but they'll still affect Brooks, the Alliance docking officer, and a few misc. others depending on which is installed.  The .tpfs will change everybody wearing the dress uniforms, basically amounting to 'Spectre Status for all!'.

I have also released a matching mod to change Kaidan's casual to this new uniform or the standard Alliance dress uniform.

To install the .mod files, just run the one you want through ME3Explorer's Mod Maker.  To unlock the Council dress uniform in your locker, use this program and add the following line to the bottom of the biogame.ini/sfxgame/sfxplayercustomization/casualappearances section in your Coalesced file.

To wear the uniform instead of the dress/tux during the Citadel DLC, add the line that matches the mod you're using to the bottom of the same section.

For the standard Alliance dress uniform:
