    Sticky
IF you are having install issues, It seems as of this posting they updated me3explorer and it breaks a lot of older mods. Unless/until they add a script that fixes the problem, my advice is this post from Ottemis which I will sticky:

"I would suggest trying rev653 (SF stable build)."

(As a sidenote, I have zero plans to update any of my Mass Effect mods, I don't have the game installed currently and I have no idea what the future plans for ME3Explorer are.)

"If possible, I recommend replacing default Shepard's face textures and applying them to custom Shepard with Gibbed save editor to avoid conflict."

I would LOVE to know how to do this.

Hello! Hopefully I can help you out

      >>>Before modding anything with Gibbed, I STRONGLY reccomend you make a backup of your saves, just in case! <<<

Open up your ME3 save file in Gibbed. Click on the "Raw" tab and you'll see a big list appear. (Anything with a ">" beside it will expand to show more options.) Navigate to "3. Squad" then "Player." Another pane will open on the right containing all the options under that heading.

From there navigate to Appearance -> Head Morph. Another list will open out and at the bottom you'll see "Texture Parameters." Select that, then click on the little square button with "..." that appears when it's selected.

Another window will open titled "TextureParameter Collection Editor." This is where you specify which textures are used on Shepard. By clicking on each value you'll get a view in the right-hand pane; simply double-click on the listed value, delete it and paste in the following under each of the correct parameters:

      3. HED_Diff
      BIOG_HMF_HED_PROMorph_R.PROShepard.HMF_HED_PROShepard_Face_Diff
      8. HED_Norm
      BIOG_HMF_HED_PROMorph_R.PROShepard.HMF_HED_PROSheppard_Face_Norm_Stack
      0. HED_Scalp_Diff
      BIOG_HMF_HED_PROMorph_R.PROShepard.HMF_HED_PROShepard_Scalp_Diff
      1. HED_Scalp_Norm
      BIOG_HMF_HED_PROMorph_R.PROShepard.HMF_HED_PROShepard_Scalp_Norm

Click OK, then in the program's main menu choose Save -> Save to file. Make your edit a separate save file just in case something went wrong, and make sure you stick to the game's save file naming format (Save_xxxx.pcsav, where x is a number)

Open ME3, load your edited save, and hey presto! Your Shep should now have those textures

Are the textures in this mod in high resolution ?
Does ALOT override these textures ? Its important cause one must decide installation order.

Individual Texture Mods like this should always be installed AFTER ALOT anyway. ALOT acts as a base/foundation.

TexMod install question, if anyone's out there still.

Do I need to change any values in gibbed or anything or do I literally JUST run texmod with this loaded in the usual fashion?

Should work with just texmod, though I'd recommend permanently replacing the textures with ME3Explorer or ALOT if you're using it. Less load on the game itself.

I know this is an old question but I'm just posting this in case anyone needs the help
      To create a tree:
      1) open the Texplorer tool (the deep blue one) on ME3Explorer
      2) if your tree has not been built yet, a pop-up will appear saying "No ME3 tree found. Do you want to build one?"
      3) click "Yes" and wait for the green status bar on the bottom left to fill. It might take some time (took 14 mins on my computer)
      4) Once it's done scanning you're done, the tree is created. You can close the Texmod window
      5) Continue with regular TPF intallation

I highly recommend visiting the ME3 Explorer wiki, everything is explained in detail there.
      - For more on building the tree:
      https://me3explorer.fandom.com/wiki/Texplorer (look for "Treebuilding")

    THANKS!

Never ever again without this mod! Chances everything ingame! You are really an artist. *HUG*

I have one little problem - sometimes I see the eyelid through the eyelashes. I have made a pic. I have also the HD Eyes mod. I'm not sure if this comes from the game itself, from the Overhault mod or the Eyes mod.

I have seen it now at the Intro about 4 times. I don't know if it happens only in the Intro or in the whole game.

    Thanks and Greetings

After installing this mod (and several others but this is the only one that affects the skin textures of female humans NPCs) Diana Allers got one hell of a neck seam..

I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do to fix that? It looks like she's a 14 year old girl who has really slapped on A LOT of tanning lotion or something but only on her face and neck..

It's not documented under A.L.O.T.? You'd have to ask the author of the pack if not.
