If anyone is interested in porting this to Legendary Edition, let me know. This mod was created before ME3 Explorer even existed (which is why it doesn't totally work with it, going by the comments) so porting it to LE wouldn't be as straightforward as ports of later ME3 mods (which is also why I haven't done it myself lol). But if anyone wants to take a stab at it, let's talk!
Hi, I can't get this mod to work. I've tried using texmod but in the game it comes out pixelated with a bunch of different colors. Can someone please tell me the best way to install this mod so that it works? I appreciate the help.
Doesn't look like this has been updated in awhile but I was wondering if anyone could help? I've downloaded texmod and ran the game with the dress file but it doesn't show up. Not sure if I'm missing a step, but I'm pretty sure I've followed all the instructions.
What I did was extract the textures from the tpf, then used the Mass Effect Modder's texture manager to install those textures manually (you can search the textures by their names HMF_ARM_CTHk_Diff and HMF_ARM_CTHk_Spec or their checksums (the numbers that follow). It might sound complicated but it's really not, although it might take you like 15-20 minutes (depending on how many mods/DLCs you have) to build a texture tree if you haven't done this before.
Hey guys ! I had a problem with this mod : the skin texture was white ! But I repaired it :) It's simple, really :
1 - Extract the bmp files with TPF Tools 2 - Convert it in dds files with Image Engine (don't forget the parameters : DXT 1 for diff file and DXT 5 for spec file, and Generate new mips) 3 - Open your spec file with photoshop 4 - Select the skin on the picture (or all the picture if you want) 5 - Open the chanels and select Alpha 6 - Delete the selection on the Alpha channel (now the parts selected look white in the alpha channel) 7 - Save the picture in dds (DXT 5) 8 - Use TPF tool to replace the bmp files by the dds files Enjoy :)
Just want to say good work on this. I ended up downloading the ankle boots version of this from the Bioware social site. Looks great and worked without issue on the buff femshep mesh.
Where exactly can I enter the line to change femsheps dress for the citadel dlc. I'm using the ME3 Coalesced Utility by Wench and I can't find where I must enter the line.
Once you've opened up the file go to biogame.ini > sfxgame > sfxplayercustomization > casualappearances = (multiple)
That'll open up a list on the right of the tool, just go down to the last empty line with the * next to it and paste the new line in there then save the updated file and the dress should work

From what I've seen textures in the game usually are .dds...But I'm no expert on the matter.
