• Did you install Project Variety before texture mods like instructed?
• Is your game Pirated or is it a legitimate copy of Mass Effect 3?
• Did you disable Origin Overlay and Auto Update or not?
• Did you install the DLC bypass or not.
• Did your problem go away if you disable Project Variety?
