Hi all. I'm Mgamerz. I've been working on ME3Explorer - ME3Tweaks Fork for over a year now to support building my mods as well as several other developers in the scene for multiple games.
In the past few weeks we have ironed out most of the issues targetting our next release, 3.1.12.14, which is a massive update, despite the minor number change. The next major update will be version 4.0, to more accurately reflect the huge departure from mainline 3.0.
I am looking for some people to test this beyond my group. There is a huge list of changes, bugfixes, and improvements you can read about here if you'd like: https://github.com/Mgamerz/ME3Explorer/pull/93
However, I'll list the BIG ones (there's a ton of them)
Huge improvement in property parsing, can now parse 100% of vanilla game files from all 3 games. This significantly improves ME1 and ME2 editing support
InterpreterWPF: Add structs and structs to empty arrays in ME1/ME2

Edit Bio2DA table values

Listen to ME1 audio stored in ISB sound banks without having to use Psychonauts explorer

Unpack DLC in the blink of an eye with MEM-powered DLC unpack that is literally hundreds of times faster than mainline DLC unpack. You can unpack all of ME3 DLC in less than 5 minutes

64-bit toolset! Can now use more memory and will be slightly faster with more registers
Package Editor WPF Quick Recents (you'd be surprised at how convenient this is)

Limited pathfinding editor support for ME1/ME2

New package porting options that allow you to clone only specific things when moving a tree between files

Find an object by its Tag attribute

Highlight property bytes when selecting them in InterpreterWPF

Trash exports and their children to save memory in files

And a list of bugfixes so long you could write a book about bugfixes.
This is only some of the changes - I am not kidding - this is a huge update and a large departure from ME3Explorer mainline. I have worked with several developers to implement features that make modding much easier and less tedious. I want to make modding and using mods in this series easier, but allow power users to do powerful things as well. I feel this update is a good improvement to the developer side of the scene.
We're looking for people to test this before a full release. You can download a beta build build from the Github, and once we see some feedback and fix a few more bugs, I will update the version available on NexusMods and through Mod Manager. You can download the latest release candidate on the fork's releases page: https://github.com/Mgamerz/ME3Explorer/releases
Thanks for everyone who helped test this, learned a lot about WPF and far too much about parsing immutable structs ;)
