Normandy Lighting Tweaks (NLT) applies attempts to backport the post-processing settings found on the Normandy from the Legendary Edition. Although the exact result cannot be replicated, the results still speak for themselves.
The differences are subtle, but those who prefer the Normandy from LE2 can use NLT to bring the original closer to that.
Mod may be further updated as I play with the settings.
