This will mod will let you swap teammates during missions. Will not work in places where you cant save/load.
Instructions
-Press Z to bring up the squad selection screen (Keybinding can be changed).
-Choose your members then Exit.
-Do a quicksave then quickload. Otherwise you will have no sound.
