You forgot to edit the save image that still shows the original red Eden Prime sky :D
    Good work.

the legendary edition sky was too perfect looking for me in comparison to the original. this is a perfect balance between the two.

Thank you so much for this. I've always hated how red everything looks, like we're playing certain Doom levels or something. Now it finally looks like a garden world.

The blue sky looks wonderful. It looks like an habitable planet during sunset now.  It doesn't take away from the immersion. It adds to it. Fantastic!

Wow this looks really great, the blue sky totally makes the planet feel like it has more depth! I think the same monotone reddness felt like I was on some kind desert planet rather than a verdent paradise. Its a small change but it looks really awesome, so thanks for making it and sharing!

I'm honestly surprised that anyone besides me ever noticed that lol. It's like, I get why BioWare did it - they wanted to make Eden Prime seem like this surreal hellscape. But even multiple fires going off all over the place wouldn't cause the sky to look like it's literally on fire from all sides. Even at dawn and dusk, at least one side of the sky would be darker than the other.

This looks fantastic by the way. Thanks!

Thank you! And yes, the sky looked like we were stepping on Inferno Prime and not Eden Prime. No fire causes the skies to bleed...

That's why I prefer the LE's approach. Normal sky, but with intense smoke cover and dust particles to better simulate a battlefield.

I'm a fan of the red sky, but I think I'm even more of a fan of the way the blue sky and the red earth contrast against each other. From what I've seen of LE it looks a bit too bright, but this is just perfect.

Glad you like it! I am really curious to see what the LE will actually bring.

I honestly think the LE's approach seems more realistic. We know Eden Prime is a paradise, but the red sky seems to promote the opposite. Replacing that with thick smoke clogging the map and dust particles better achieves the idea of "paradise under siege" than the original did.
