I'm not sure what you mean by that. This just changes the default configuration bioengine file. When the game copies it into our local version (Documents/BioWare/Mass Effect/Config) it will use this modded version instead.
Sorry for not being clear. The reason I asked is because on the pcgamingwiki's page of ME, it says "Vert-; use Flawless Widescreen to correct FOV and HUD issues." But since you did not mention anything about that, there are no issues with that.
This mod is designed for standard resolutions at 16:9. It does not attempt to fix issues in the game. It simply is preset options when config is wiped, saving you the time from having to do it in game if wiping config is something you often do (which some developers and users do for ME1).
Yeah just do a diff between the files I provide and the default en_us version in the game's directory. Then apply that to your language's default file (they're all provided in all versions of the game).

Nice mod.
I have one question though.
Is this placing HUD to its proper place, no matter the settings?

Just to know, it shouldn't be an option to create a "configurable" language on the installer when you install it with ME3Tweaks?
EDIT: Nevermind, I found the thing.
