This might be a dumb question and i probably just messed something up on my end, but for some reason after i got ME3Tweaks set up and working, now when ever i download ANY mod that isn't even mass effect related (like fallout 4 mods for example), It opens the ME3Tweaks manager instead of NMM community edition which i have been using for the last two years prior. Not sure what i could have messed up but I obviously did something. I have tried doing different things such as un-linking ME3T from nexus mods, but for some reason even those aren't working.
Any suggestions? Never mind I figured it out, apparently when I authorized ME3T on nexus it somehow removed authorization for NMM-CE, just had to re-authorize it.
Other mod manager's (such as Vortex) automatically register themselves on boot. Unfortunately this means I have to do the same or mine will pretty much never work.
You can setup forwarding to your apps for games by going to the Nexus integration in the top right and then editing the handler for specific apps. When you select the exe of another manager, it will typically auto populate with what you need, as I looked through other managers to see what they needed to be called with to handle a nexus download.
You can also turn this feature off in Mod Manager settings.
For some reason I can't add target. When I try to import the executable file in the installation target, it does nothing, and does not add the target. Any tips?
Very late to this i know, but wanted to ask, do i need to run the game through the mod manager every time i start it in order for the mods to work? Or will it work by just starting with the regular desktop shortcut?
