- Citadel: Presidium Prophet - if you save and reload or leave the area mid quest, the CSEC officer won't disappear and the Hanar won't assume you got rid of him.

- Noveria: Port Hanshan - The multiple ways to complete Port Hanshan are now journalled correctly with the correct conversation options.
If you get to the Garage without getting the data for Lorik the quest is marked completed and his office is locked. If you have the data, but haven't given it to somebody, it will be marked completed but you can go and complete the quest for bonus XP. Conversion options are now correct. Thanks to Rondeeno.

- Conrad Verner bug has been fixed. He will no longer be announced as dead in news reports. For it to work in ME2 import (which is bugged as well), an update to ME2RE v1.1.2.
- News fixes: The news about Besieged Base mission will talk about the correct outcome
- News fixes: Chance of squadmate banter playing has been increased to 2 in 3. If there is no new banter available it will revert to news.
- News fixes: News will only be played once. If there is no news or banters between the current team available, the elevator will be playing muzak only.
- News Fixes: a cut news broadcast about Red Sand dealers on Caleston has been restored. How it is reported depends on Shepard's background.

- Fix: Missing dialogue on Feros - when the squad gets in the Mako there was supposed to be a dialogue, but only the subtitles appear. Fixed by Rondeeno.
- Citadel: Morlan's Iconic Armor store - stocking the iconic (original or in series continuity) armors.
- Citadel: Morlan stocks Kaidan's unique "ME2 Horizon" Bastion armor. Available once a major mission (Feros, Noveria or Therum) is completed.
- Cinematic: On Feros the conversation between Jeong and Juliana was bugged. Now fixed.
- Text: Journal In "Citadel: I Remember Me", the quest description has ''psychiatic" instead of psychiatric.
- Text: Kahoku no longer spelled incorrectly.
- Pinnacle Station - capitalisation errors in subtitles and galaxy map description.
- Mission: After speaking on the comm at Major Kyle's base, the final line of dialogue is repeated.
- Mission: Manuel's body no longer spins 180deg after you punch him.
- Missions: During Feros if you enter and leave a room inside the ExoGeni HQ without disturbing the armature, on reentering it would ignore you. It now doesn't. Fixed by Rondeeno.
- Mission: ExoGeni HQ can now be revisited to complete Feros: Data Recovery if Gavin's data was not collected before the Thorian was defeated (fixed by Rondeeno).
- Mission: On Amaranthine when talking to Helena Blake Shepard no longer looks weirdly off to the left if the Renegade option is picked.
- Citadel: Fire extinguishers could randomly explode in the lower wards if a npc spawn too close. (thanks to sialivi)
- Normandy: several subtitling errors, including Ash subtitles "It should have be me" and T''Soni capitalisation issues.
