Have a LE version coming soon, been working on these for weeks with new improvements and fixing details to make this the best version yet. Should be out sometime this week :)

    Hey,

I have problems with the files. I downloaded both the Asari and Liara. But when I want to extract them I get a "file corrupted" message, for both of them. Anyone else has this problem?

Just out of curiosity, will you ever update this mod? It is one of the best mods here, the Asari faces all look just great.

But unfortunately ALOT now introduced a skin that isn't seamless, and all Asari with "revealing" clothes have a "scar" down their bodies. (I tried with and without your mod, no change. Therefore I assume that you do not change Asari body skins.)

Oh, and a Lady Benezia that does not look like her skin was made of crumbling rock would be just brillant. ;-) (No, I won't start another discussion about how blue she is... ^^)

    Thanks alot!

Hell yeah he will! This is one of the last messages we exchanged on nexus, on november 19, 2020:

"lol, yeah real life is a *censored*.

As far as updates go, I secretly started working on Asari again about a week or so ago. I wasn't happy with the Samara I made, so I'm remaking her. And as an added bonus I'm in the process currently of working on my own version of Samara's armor for you guys. The red one and the black one for her loyalty. I'll probably even do Morinth's armor too since she got screwed over most last time. Benezia is probably going to be after those ones.

In addition to that, I've started work on Garrus' face too. So I've got about 5 projects I'm trying to juggle, lol. Give me time, I'll have some cool stuff for you guys soon"

Didn't know about the issues with the asari with the Alot mod. Did you open a bug report there?

If you can live with face/body skins sometimes not matching too well (Liara romance scene in ME3 is kinda odd), I'd start right now.
The difference isn't _that_ bad in ME1, but gets rather prominent in ME3 with ME2 being somewhat in between.

Hi. Nice mod! However, does someone know why some of the npcs have messed up faces or outright black texture as/on their face? i do not have any other mods which change textures. I'd appreciate any help!

EDIT: the asari npcs are OK now but Liara has still shadowy face.

Hey, so to anyone who also has this issue, you can fix this in TPF/DDS Tools in lieu of any updates. Load the files from Asari Remastered - there should be 4 files + a texmod.def - then, check all of the files except ASA_HED_PRO_Norm. Then, import any other replacement for the normal map (hash: 0xFB3516E6) - and change the texmod.def to include that file instead. I used Alien Aliens' 0xFB3516E6. Then, run autofix all. The black, glitchy face will be fixed!

      How to change texmod.def?

In some dialogs (specifically in front of the bed scene) the face is standard, and in other moments, as set.

So I'm absolutely new to downloading mods. Is there a step by step tutorial for beginners? Especially if they don't know abbreviations for programs?

its all here so search for yourself and I'm not gonna do in great detail. Its easy to figure out but I wrote a quick guide anyway. Read ALL of it. I wrote this at the top of my head so I apologise if its wrong at all. The rest should be easy to figure out for yourself.

-make sure your game is completely unmodded meaninig you havent messed with the files
-launch the game once and then quit the game )It needs to generate the necessary files)
-download Mod manager called ME3TweaksModManager (READ THE DESCRIPTION!!)
-open it up and backup your game first (it'll prompt you to do this for all 3 games)
-Go to Tools then pick ALOT Installer. It'll installl it
-Then get whatever mod you want that is NOT a texture mod. Follow the instructions of how to install the mods (INCLUDING TEXTURES)
-BEWARE! The most mods description suggest getting ME3Explorer. You dont need this at all. Ignore it coz its old, out dated and complicated.

8 times out of 10, the mods should work with Mod manager. You just need to download the mod(s) and then drag and drop the zip/rar/7zip file into the mod manager and it SHOULD install. If it doesn't recognise it then there should be instructions on how to manually install it.

Once you are done on installing your mods (MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOUR DEAD SET ON THIS)

      -Download the texture mods
      -MEUITM
-A Lot Of Textures (thats the name of it)
-This mod (because its a texture mod)
-Once all downloaded, drag n drop them into the A LOT Installer
-If successful then it will tell you it was imported
-Once you have chosen and imported all the textures you want then pick install for ME1 at the bottom of the program
-Follow instructions and it should do its thing. It can take a while so go do something else while you wait.

this all Applies to ME2 and ME3 too tho ME3 needs you to Auto TOC and make a mod compatibility pack (its all in the mod manager and Auto TOC is AFTER your done modding. Compatibility pack is BEFORE TEXTURE MODS)

This mod is better to install with ALOT. It can handle the archive.

Mod is bad. Doesn't work. ME3explorer says it's invalid corrupt references.

    Don't bother.
