Hello there! I'm crashing my head trying to figure out how to install this. I've followed many tutoriais but none seens to work, both ME3E and MEM :/ I always end with a flare while shoting my weapons and looking at bright stuff :/

Can I have so "extra guidance"? I really wanna enjoy this mod!

For some reason, this mod also gets rid of the screen of Garrus' visor. Uninstalled it and it reappeared.

Very welcome mod. I've run into a bit of a dilemma though. StretchedFlare_06_0x68D759F3 and StretchedFlare_07_0xDC48BC0F will not instlal with ME3Explorer. I keep getting the error, "Mipmap error: Requires 11, Currently 8" Any ideas?

Thanks for the MOD; the flares are really annoying.

These are texture replacers, so they must be installed after you build a texture tree either with MEM or ME3explorer. They don't really go into a folder. There are a bunch of FAQ on the net about installing textures into Mass Effect that do a much better job of explaining the process than I can. For one such guide, try the page for CreeperLava's "ALOT of textures" mods for the ME series.

Hello, with this mod installed I still get a lensflare altough it is much rounder and good looking, but I also get blue lines/stripes a bit underneath it in some camera angles. Looks a bit odd. Is this the intended effect or have I messed up the installation? This is my first time installing mods for Mass Effect games but I read up on using MEM etc. and imported the mod to the manager and update the LOD settings. Just wanted to make that this works as it should

I think I know what flare you're talking about, but if you can take a screenshot and link it that would help me. If it's the one I'm thinking of, I believe I can get rid of it.

I purposely left some of the flares in place (like the round ones), since our eyes actually perceive a halo effect when looking at bright lights. Taking those out broke immersion for me, because the lights looked too artificial. I just attempted to get rid of the ones that were definite camera effects, and not things we would see with our own eyes.
