They should be in either 000 or 001 in material, characters, hero, choose suit and material you want to replace. you could find other materials in "material" and "materials" in any g00s folder, you can also find emssives by searching for them using keywords: glow light emissive neon
No problem. That's correct an example of this would be:
Export black light .material then in sam raimis suit if you import over the webbing .material you'd get the effect like in this mod. if you find a material that's stretching one solution is pick another .material from the same area, like say you use the material from a suit helmet and it stretches, you can try using the .material from the torso or legs if you know they have the same look.
generally the smaller the model you grab your material from, the more likely it is to look stretched.
I actually got it working, the head piece is missing the inside black textures and eyes, but the webbed neon is working. Just a really red head. Not your fault, this is early stages for this game. As for the pak alternative, I'm not 100% either if there is another tool aside from unreal engine; no worries, the modding tool is not perfect (enlarges the game to 100gb) but it is all we got for now. Cool mod, just the head piece I think was bugged.
Ill take a look and try to create an update tomorrow to clean it up a bit, some of that might be my fault since some textures dont fully wrap around the model and can create blank spaces. I feel that, with resident evil 8 modding it would just replace the file and nothing extra, but I do like how simple the tool has made things in comparison. Thanks for the feedback :)
don't know if you have downloaded it yet, but jedijosh updated the pc mod tool and its a piece of cake to use now, and it hasn't messed up my game once. you dont need to convert your files anymore or even have an uninstall file. the man is truly an angel among men
Awesome mod! I have a suggestion though, Maybe you could make the spider on the front and back glowing too? And the eyes could glow white? Even if not its still a great suit! Thanks for making this
that's a good idea i'll see what I can do when I add some colors variants in the next update, no promise on the eyes as im not sure of what glowing white material to use, maybe headlights?.

I wasn't aware of this, is there another tool that allows pak mods?.
