Well... looks a bit weird, the mesh looks flat in some angles, like is a low poly, not sure... and the texture a bit cartoony, but is a start I give you that and the update looks better than the first release, so is a lot of room for improvement to make this a huge project, and I like the idea, after all this is part of modding
I suggest you take a look on some details, hair first, you could use similar hair to Bubniak skin, is pretty similar and I believe would work better for Andrew's appearance.
Another thing you should look more is the eyes and the chin, the part of the eyes, more specifically the eye sockets could use a texture improvement, emotional pic references are great for this, check it out.
That pic is also good for reference and if the UV map is good, you can also adapt into the texture:
Take in consideration that these points I'm talking about is just suggestions for improvement :)
