   The prowler theme suit isn't loading for me using the tool is just give me this error

      ".....because it is being used by another process."
      This line says you are literally trying to install the suit when you are already playing the game. you can't install a mod when the game is running.

       Use Overstrike tool if possible. It fixes most of the issues the suit adder tool has.

       try deleting all your saves and installing a new save
