Well, not exactly new, considering there are quite a few similar suits here already, but I wanted to make my own version (and I couldn't think of a better name so I'm going with "new").
Installation: Just like any other suit mod. Extract the .suit file from the archive and drag and drop it into ASC's Suit Adding Tool, then run the Suit Name Importer.
