Yeah, you are definitely giving details that this mod doesn't have. But I would take a little inspiration from this mod. Maybe make your mod's blues and reds more like this one and take a look at the belt and front of the arms too. This mod basically has everything right besides the connected arm parts, the hip color, the lens (And the bug that makes the suit all shiny and sparkly lol)
to fix the glossy suit bug you should either make the g texture an empty canvas or make the c texture the g texture but with half the opacity (128 opacity)
If youre trying to fix the shiny issue just open the g files and slide transparency down until the shining stops. took me a bit for my suit as well, just keep turning it down. well up in technical sense
