   Would it be possible to make it proc on 3 card plays and/or KOs with Captain Marvel? I think that would be a better middle ground, this seems OP.

      Good Idea. Killing things usually means you're "on fire" so for Cap Marvel would make sense getting Binary this way.
      
      Also, really good work Luuizao , really doing a difference in the replay factor of the game.

      So likely 2 card plays, assuming you use an attack to kill someone and then another card, 1 card play if you use Photon Beam or Fist of radiant to kill 2 enemies, or 3 environmentals.
      
      That sounds pretty cool, it'd be interested in trying that out.
