If the heroes keep gaining champion levels and you delete the file, do the heroes gain back their extra health and offense stats? Is it safe to assume it works like a toggle, since it is still registering the champion levels?
@Belinn -- you are the wind beneath my MMS wings :)
So... when my hard drive exploded last spring I lost my list of mods I was using and got discouraged about rebuilding my game experience. Well here it is, almost winter, and I have the strong itch to play MMS again. I have sifted through the mods and I think I have it all set up again the way it was before, but in doing so I found some of your newer mods that look intriguing.
My problem is I don't really understand the overall effect these will have on gameplay; can you give me a short paragraph on what the big picture goal of these mods are?
Stats
Cap Hero Main Stats - Provides five hero health and five hero offense caps that can be mixed and matched.
@Majeck Good to see you! I hope you've been well :)
It's been a while since I played the game, but I'll try my best to give a rundown of those mods.
Cap Hero Main Stats - this mod lets you pick how much max health and offense you want your heroes to have. It will disregard any health and offense you get from champion levels once they exceed the cap you picked. If you choose, say, the 500 health and 100 offense caps, it'll certainly make your game more challenging.
Multipliers for Default Hero Main Stats and Multipliers for Identical Hero Main Stats - these two do the same thing, so it's just a matter of whether you prefer heroes having their default health and offense or the same health and offense. Unlike Cap Hero Main Stats, these two mods don't cap your health and offense, so you can get more with champion levels. I did provide a version that disables champion level gain, however.

Not sure if I made things any clearer there, but I tried, haha. If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)
Thanks for responding, this makes it clearer for my aging and easily confused brain :D
And, haha, no worries. The three mods are pretty similar at first glance. Happy gaming! I hope you have a fun MMS playthrough :)
