I wanted the default rewards with intel, but i just can't get Ebony to spawn. I've tried both your default one and the 50 one and Ebony spawns everyday as she should. But if i take your CompanionLevels_EBON from the 50 version and repackage only that file to a new .pak so the game will instead use the default Randset_Pet_EBON, Ebony stops spawning. Do you have any ideas why it's not working? Im all out of ideas at this point, feels like i've tried everything
Edit: Finally got it working. Had totally missed the Quest_FindEbony file in the Ebony folder. This has been really frustrating trying to figure out why it was not working, so glad it's done

Just to notify that this mod somehow disabled "Pet" function on both Charlie and Ebony, tried with this mod's other variant and the issue persists. Remove the mod then the pet function works normally. Im playing Steam version with all DLCs till now. Great if you can have a look and let me know if there is a method to fix this -- thanks for your time :D

As for your issue, that's very strange. I just tested it on two different save files and I'm able to pet Ebony and Charlie. I'm also playing the Steam version with all the DLCs. Is the function just not working or at all or are you just not seeing the prompt to pet?
I think that's an issue with the game itself sometimes. I remember not seeing the pet prompts before I made either mod, but I can still pet Charlie and Ebony if I press R. Is it the same for you?
ah then it's not the same -- mine stuck R with praise regardless of distance :D I will keep playing with the same set up for a while and will let you know once I found the issue. Have a good day <3
I actually meant R as well for me, haha. That was my bad. I actually usually play with a controller so I sometimes forget the PC controls.
Praise and pet should yield the same results. It really just means whether you'll get a cutscene of Hunter petting Charlie or picking up Ebony (pet), or Hunter will just talk to Ebony and Charlie (praise), but regardless, you'll get the pet rewards.
Hi Belinn, thank you for the great mods! I'm using most of the overhaul mods you have here. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any rewards when petting Ebony anymore starting from the time I installed this mod. I'm going to do more testing and will give you an update if the issue still persist.

Hm, not sure why the mod's acting funny. Are you petting her consistently per cycle? Like always every morning or always every night? If you pet her in the morning on one day and then pet her again that same night, she'll only reward you once. Alternating between whether you pet her during the day or night may also confuse the game, so that could be what's happening.
I like all the quality of life mods you make but adding super hardcore bouses and intel feels a little broken.... would be fantastic if you could also just get gloss from this cat in additon to its normal rewards.
Suggestion : Is there any possibility of having puss (and the dog for the other new mod) to spawn in the same location every time... so you do not have to go looking for them?
