I believe it's possible to add Agatha, but at the moment, I'm just maintaining my Midnight Suns mods and have no intentions to add anything. If I feel like modding again, I'll do this for sure :)
Completely unrelated to the mod, but only slightly cause it made me think of how basically any custom dialogue would already be silent, looking at the roster, I hope one day it's figuired out how to import external models, and make *a whole new* cxharacter, so we could have custom team members like other heroes not featured in game.
