Great mod, and thanks for the extra options too! Probably a thousand games, and the first that occasionally gave me vertigo/claustrophobia, being so far up Hunter's aesthetics. I find 200/250 a good compromise, without messing w/my admittedly lazy muscle memory, after playing this game for a couple hundred hours.
Oddly enough, my performance has improved like nut butter on max settings + an occasional glitch I had when transitioning between areas appears to have vanished. Coincidence? Dunno, but thank you and Kudos out the butt!
Sup. Sorry, I haven't been playing this game as my mind was in a bad place but I've gotten better now. I'll make a few more settings. I'll start on it on Friday as I beat Showgunners and got the xcom game bug again. It doesn't take me too long just the testing gets repetitive if I miss a step.
Thank you so much. The main reason I prefer PC games over console is adjustment of FOV. Mods like this make PC so much better than consoles, if there are no in game FOV adjustments available. THANKS!
Nice mod! Any chance you could make a mod that allows you to "sprint" in the Abbey instead of just oustide? (Or if you know of an existing one, that'd be great).
I haven't tried this mod yet, but the overly zoomed in camera with no way to adjust was the FIRST thing I noticed playing this game. I sent feedback to their support team about this but of course that went nowhere.
I'm happy I wasn't alone with the camera being annoying. I've had this game in my library since launch but was waiting for more DLC to come out. Once I tried it i looked far and wide to see if there was a ini I can edit for it because I was getting headache's and motion sickness. Once I didn't see one I checked to see if anyone made a mod for it or knew anything but again that failed.
One day while browsing the mods I came across the basic tutorial while on vacation and decided to read it. There was a lot of browsing of files, and trial and error but one day i found the file. I was sitting on this mod for awhile waiting for the storm mod just to make sure it worked with it without any issues.
Well again, thank you for working out how to make this change; devs couldn't be bothered to make it adjustable so modders to the rescue!
If you feel ambitious, I'd like to see how this mod would look if the zoom out were about half what it is right now. No biggie if you don't care to bother with it, just curious what it looks like.
Maybe. If there was a debug menu I think it might be possible. As the menu would be able to give us information on what activates during that actor. Here's why I feel like it might be possible but might be a huge task that people might not take on. I feel like you would need to recode each move's camera actor.
Right now I'm going off memory and a few gameplay trailers but let us take deadpool Spread the Love move. It has 3 camera actors I would think shot 1 is the regular default cam view we would want somewhat. While shots 2 and 3 have the super garbage up-close cinema cameras people dislike. You would just need to recopy 1 to overwrite what 2 and 3 cam points to. But it's a lot of jumping around a lot of paks to find it which will take some time even when you find it you would have to do a lot of loading.
But as I said I haven't done a deep dive into anything battle related. As I only created this mod to make the game playable for me. The and the hold E to craft is my biggest hurdle. If I feel up to I might look into it.
But right now we're just flying in the dark just looking at everything.
Thanks for the reply. I've only asked because I am looking into modding animations and idle stances. I could make them change animations but the camera angle is unchanged making the new animations out of focus. I'll look into it in the future as well.

Question, is it possible to adjust camera angles for the hero abilities?
