And I can, actually, but the problem with changing friendship from compliments is it won't work if it's installed mid-playthrough. It would only work on a save started with the mod installed. From my experience, it seems like most people aren't interested in mods that don't work mid-playthrough.
Edit: as an alternative, I can suggest the No Compliment Cooldown separate download from my Agatha's Cauldron Overhaul mod. That one works mid-playthrough, and if you get the main mod, you can buy compliments with gloss.
Does this mod allow to skip friendship building outside of the combat? Looking for such a mod, where I can play combat missions, build decks but not engage in friendship simulator at all.
It doesn't skip the friendship stuff but the x2, x3, and x5 versions can speed it up. Once you get friendships to 5, the gameplay loop becomes mission - sleep - mission -sleep, so if you can soldier through up until max friendship, you'll be good.
Just wanted to say I love your mods. Getting rid of some of the grind from the game makes it fun to play again.
I have noticed on this mod, where i used the Long Distance + Friendship x5, that I'm definitely getting the bonus from battles the way I should, but that the rest of my friendship gains (hangouts, havens, sparring, etc) don't seem to be receiving the x5 multiplier.
Am I understanding the way this mod should work? I got Storm and went to a hangout and got exactly what I would expect to get from the hangout, plus conversation, plus gift with no extra multiplier.
I know for sure this should affect friendship gained through missions, sparring, and hero requests. Not sure about hangouts. There are some vague files that just say small/medium/large friendship gain and I don't know if any of those are linked to hangouts.
Are you experiencing this issue with every hero or just Storm? I've noticed that DLC characters tend to have something weird about their friendship gains at some point. Luuizao's Friendship x5 (Rewards) has similar comments regarding Venom and Morbius.
Edit: Just did a quick test with hangouts using both my mod and Luuizao's. Neither mod affected the friendship gained from the hangout, and I think that means havens won't be affected either since they're just these weird one-time hangouts.
Yeah, This game was a lot of fun. But NG+ kind of made me sad. Thought all I was going to need to do was make dark decisions. But I lost all my cards and more. Your mods make it a little more bearable.

Hehe, yeah tbh i thought about if i should ask or not, because i had many experiences where the people seemed annoyed at requests (which i can also understand) But hey asking doesnt hurt and yeah, before i look into how to mod it myself i rather ask, because for you its way easier to just edit the number
And yeah im in my first playthrough, but i dont rly like grinding in games and your mods help a ton in reducing the annoying stuff Like i dont mind grinding a bit etc, but doing same s#*! 1000 times just isnt fun to me doing it 50 or 100 times is fine tho thats why i like the 2x stuff instead of 5x or 10x

I don't mind requests as long as the person asks nicely, which you did :) And yup, you're right, it was a pretty easy adjustment on my end in this case.
I'm with you about grinding! I'll do it as long as I feel like it's worth my time, but some parts of this game were just obnoxious about wasting your time, like trying to min/max card mods. That was ridiculous to do legit!
