Any chance you could make an option that doesn't give extra rewards when levelling up friendships? I've found an occasional problem where doing that creates a UI bug on the prestige Friendship Level Up screen, where the extra rewards go off the bottom of the screen, and the option to click 'continue' isn't visible or available. This leaves quitting the game as the only way out.

Yes, but that would require repacking the entire mod, and this mod has a lot of files.
Edit: Thinking about it, probably just one file would need to be edited as long as it loads after this mod. I'll put it on my to-do list, but no promises when I'll get around to it.
I'm using this mod in NG+ and it seems to only add stats to Hunter upon levelling up the Prestige Friendship levels. The bonus stats appear on screen but only apply to Hunter.
I'm looking at the mods I have and it may conflicting with your other mod that also increases Hunter's secondary stats. Will try removing that and see if that fixes it.
Any chance you still have the version 1 (Faster Secondary Stats for Hunter) installed? That's what this mod used to do. They could be conflicting.
Also if you install version 2 and it's day time in your game, version 1 would still be in effect. It should be all sorted out the following day :)
Edit: forgot to say that if you do still have the old version, definitely remove it. The old versions has files modded to give Hunter any secondary stats other heroes gain.
No I want to remove the animation you character makes after you use a card then level up. The camera zooms in and the character does a animation, it's a small annoyance when you have to see it tons times every fight.

Regarding your question about that particular hero, unless they eventually patch in those friendship levels, there's nothing this mod can do. The best workaround would be to get Luuizao's Training Every Day and focus on that hero. Another would be to make a mod that increases the gains from training, but I'm pretty sure the files that affect that will also affect gains from other sources like Hero Requests.
Question, do you know if you can change Champion levels for both Hunter & Heroes to give secondary stats instead of HP/Offense?
1) Remove the HP/Offense gains entirely (as either a separate mod) 2) Gain secondary stats based on champion level ups (say +2 per champion level) 3) And lower the Friendship level gains from +10 to +2 as well
I'm actually about to post a mod that addresses #1, but it also changes some other things. I despise champion levels because they don't end, so it may not be what you're looking for.
That is essentially what I am hoping for. Champion levels are bad design, but secondary stats are a nice little reward, that is why I suggested changing to secondary as a champion level benefit. If not, I am perfectly happy! as simply NOT getting HP/Offense on champion levels is the main thrust of it.
Then I can start a NG+ playthrough using my super clean save I posted that has no champ levels for any hero at the start of the NG+.
I think tying champion levels to secondary stats is still too much like how it is now with the main stats. It's definitely a bad design, but I also hate how leveling works in the game. I was hoping this wouldn't be like XCOM where the soldier you wanted to level had to get the kills, but this is pretty much that, except with card plays and made worse by champion levels having no cap. My Hunter tends to solo missions and the other heroes hardly get to play their cards. XP should be shared between the entire squad or even the entire roster, but if there's a way to do that through modding, it's definitely beyond me.
All I know is I'm not going to do a Hydra reinforcement mission and try to squeeze in four cards per enemy just to maximize XP. That sounds like the opposite of fun for me.

That is why I want to lower secondary stat gains from Daily Sparring, Friendship Levels to 2 per (same as hunter hangouts), and then tack on 2 per champion level. Would take far longer to max out secondary, and still feel like there is progression for those who want it. Along with that, I can chat to luiz (another mod maker) and simply lower the total secondary stats to more reasonable levels (resilience down to say 15-20% max, crit damage down to 30% or so, crit chance down to 20% or so, etc. and then reduce things like passives and wrath to reduce crit chance as well).
Yes, the mod basically steals other heroes' secondary stat gains and gives them to Hunter instead. You can either install this mod after your other heroes are maxed out, or you can install it now, max out Hunter, and then uninstall it. I did the second option because Hunter can also gain stats from training. If your other heroes are maxed out, Hunter won't get stats from training, so it'll be a little slower compared to the second method.

Check out the comments on Luuizao's Friendship x 5 (Rewards) mod for the workarounds people have found regarding the interface issue.
