Reduces the cost of every Feat by 1, except when its already 1. Or, makes every Feat cost exactly 1.
- Permissions and credits
Makes it possible to get every Feat a bit earlier. The effect of the respective feats are unchanged but with reduced cost they automatically get more stat efficient.
Two versions available. Normal or Extrem.

Installation:
0. Choose one version and download it
1. Extract the Files from the archive
2. Place all of them (All Folders and their content) in Steam\steamapps\common\Mars War Logs\datalocal
Uninstallation:
Delete the Files from datalocal
