Would you know how to mod a save file? I want to know if its possible to change the save file to there being no victory condition to continue playing a save.
Since you have the knowledge, could you please make a mod to have your level 1 burgher plots also generate 1 silver per month? Would really help with settling new regions and some form of mitigation of oxen loss.
Is it possible to also make available the usage of personal treasury for purchasing instead of just regional wealth? Or is it too deep-coded? Again, it would be the greatest boon for regional development instead of the asinine (wink wink) hassle that is region trading right now.
How about having the warehouses workers use the handcart/basket for both moving supplies to the said warehouses AND supplying the market stalls? Right now, the stallholders transport just 1 piece of produce at a time which is terrible inefficient and a major bottleneck in the whole game.

I think it would required a custom UI, since the vanilla game didn't have such a big army and no need to care about the UI Issue. And I don't know how to make a custom UI.
