      I was gonna post the same thing when I saw this.. Pretty much any mod that changes the portrait corrupts the game now.

    The region name mod breaks the game's ground texture. Makes everything a png square floor

    portrait goes back to original game characters when i load a save game,its the jon snow one.

      its a known issue. The game somehow does that only with the Top left Portrait of every set. I will redo the Sets and remove the Top left one for the time beeing until hopefully that will get fixed or i find a solution for it

      Unfortunatly it only lets me add 9 Portraits per mod, but i am planning to add a second version with more, but only one can be active.
