This isn't a "Nordic-Pagan Scandinavia Coat of Arms" it's a iIcelandic stave. Icelandic staves are a form of christian esoteric magic dating from the 17th century and later. That image is a Vegvísir intended to help the bearer find their way through rough weather. It's from the Huld Manuscript, which is a compositon of 3 other esoteric manuscripts that was made1847 by Geir Vigfússyni á Akureyri. Of the three manuscripts used in compiling the Huld manuscript we know that one of them was written in Seltjarnarnesi of 1810, the others are likely from this time period as well. It is no acient or even medievil, it is not pagan, it is victorian. That said, it looks cool and mystical so if you don't care then use it anyway. I am by no means saying people shouldn't use this mod if they like and I am in no way denouncing it or the mod creator. I just want people to know the real history lest it be forgoten.
Most of the people don't know anything about norse paganism and really belief Vegvísir has something to do with the vikings. I can recommend to use authentic symbols, not just some made up bullshit.
