      I don't have linux myself, so I cannot verify if this guide is accurate or if it will help you, so this is the best I can do:
      
      

      
      
      • Download the ReShade setup script for Linux from GitHub
        
      • Make the script executable by running the command chmod u+x reshade-linux.sh in the terminal.
        
      • Execute the script by entering ./reshade-linux.sh in the terminal.
        
      • The script will guide you through the process, which includes specifying the game executable path and letting the script detect the right DLL files for ReShade.
        
      • Copy the environmental variable that the script provides and paste it into the game’s custom launch options in Steam.
        
      • Launch the game and press the Home key to enable or disable the ReShade effects.

      To get my preset, I would transfer the config file "PumpkinPie" into Steam\steamapps\common\Manor Lords\ManorLords\Binaries\Win64

      yes, reshade is artificial post-processing, so It will work with any saved games
