Does anyone know how to solve the "Left Alt" prompt not showing on the tram / train? I've tried typing "lua_run ResetTramsMod()" and "reloadall" in F1 and it doesn't show up for me. Thanks so much for your efforts to bring this experience to us :) Note: F1 says that the UI.webframe is disabled . Hi @kamzik123 . the ride of tram and trains are very good, the only notr is that it is not smooth moving inside , it is like jumping from point to point, could you fix this?
Hello, just a quick question, Do you have any idea how to make all this work with a reshade? As soon as I apply a reshade the addition of the dxgi.dll file causes problems with the mod's dinput8.dll and prevents the game from starting. Thx a lot.
I just found out how to use a reshade in addition to Scripthook. I still have a few tests to do, but it seems to work well. I'll come and give my method, if anyone's interested.
Here's the method I've discovered to solve the problem, hoping it will be useful to others.
To use Reshade with Scripthook, I recommend launching Scripthook at least once before installing Reshade in order to define its launch parameters, as its menu will no longer appear afterwards, but Scripthook will be functional. After installing Reshade, simply edit the "config.json" file located here: "...\Mafia Definitive Edition\ScriptHook\data" . Then modify line 20 to indicate "showStartupMenu": false, Save your changes, then launch the game.
You finally did it. I don't know how any mod could be better than this. You are bringing new life to the GAME. thank YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT WORK
This is something nobody could achieve in Mafia DE of Mafia (2,3) also it is not possible in Cyberpunk 2077, If you could do this in cyberpunk 2077 it will be revolutionary mod that everybody will use. Currently there is an unrealistic mod to ride the tram but not as good as yours. Your work is much better, Pls check this specially the developer just released MOD SDK for cyberpunk 2077
I have started working on an Assassin's Creed modding tool and it has taken all my time, when I release the first version of the tool I will go back to Mafia and finish all the pending updates for my mods. However, I will probably not make any more mods nor further updates to my existing mods after that is done, with the exception for fixing bugs that make the mods completely unplayable.

I enjoy modding the Assassin's Creed franchise more, to be honest. The update for this mod is far from ready, all that is finished is the actual math behind the ability to walk in the tram/train, the rest needs rework.
I suggest you release it as it is 4shown in the video, it is already good. For many it will be good. you may put in the release notes that it is still need rework. Oter suggestion is to add first person camera option in the current release without walking in addition to the current flyby camera. This will bring back close to the original

Every Mafia DE user is going to have it Because it restores the sense of realism and increase immersion in the game like the original.
