   i havent downloaded any mods on this game yet.
   but how do u get to empire bay.is it on one of teleport mods?

   Is there any way to spawn NPCs in Empire Bay? Whenever I install this mod the bodyguards menu doesn't appear in the trainer anymore. 
   I see Tommy and Vito in this mod's template, but like I said, I can't do that.

      Don't install this mod after installing Scripthook Revamped, you don't need to, this mod comes with Scripthook Revamped.
