   Can you make Tommy fight like Lincoln Clay? So that Tommy, like Lincoln, kills all enemies. cut with a knife.

   Why was this mod made long after the game was released, did players not care to be able to do something as simple as this?

      There are many things this game should have had but didn't.  But once you go out a ways in the water you can see everything they tried to hide by not allowing it.  Things get sloppy once you're out away from the islands.  At least they spawn you right back on shore!

      Alligators in Lost Heaven's waters. That's funny. But the answers is no. The game is still not mod friendly.
