copy scripts folder in Mafia 3 DE
unzip Mafia 3 Definitive Edition Scripthook.7z into game folder and run M3ScriptHookLauncher.exe

If you have Logitech joystick (or another):
unzip JoystickX360ce.7z into Mafia 3 DE folder. This will detach Mafia from most of its default joystick keys.
unzip JoyToKey.7z somewhere and run it to map the joystick to keys
check keys.PNG and set this keys into Mafia 3 DE
