   Where can I find an SDS Tool that will let me edit the text_defaults.sds file for Mafia II: Definitive Edition?  I found one but it seems it only works for classic Mafia II and I can't get it to even find the Mafia II: DE folder.

      I used Mafia Toolkit for extracting and packing the files, the .dat files can then be edited with the normal windows editor.

   your work is based on incomplete Mafia 2 list. Few cars was not with real names.
   This is the complete list, so please update it in TextDatabase.dat in text_default.sds pack. Though you can see the differences

   I want to add this to my custom file text_default.sds, I have extracted it but how do I just add the change to the modded text_default.sds?

      use SDS Tool GUI.exe to unpack .sds file. Go in file location you will see Extracted folder with all files inside.
      Go into that folder. Then edit TextDatabase.dat from line 00_60_00_0000 .. to 00_60_00_0061 and pack back into .sds
