well i dont think he knows english too much, but nowadays with computers u can just rioght click and hit translate so i dont see why theres no more info besides whats here.
i have the same problem, i forgot to backup the original file and from comments i can see that this mod works only in chapter 2 wich is not said by creator, i made biggest mistake when i downloaded this mod,now i have to reinstall whole game
I figured out how to install this, place the contents in pc\sds\city. As far as I can tell all it does is allow the barber shop first seen in the second chapter to be entered, but the front of the shop is untextured and the chairs aren't solid so not sure what's the point.
