  The mod you've posted is a modified version with fonts and few other things from different projects (eg. fonts are from Interface Renovation). This one is the original one, posted by Tosyk himself on an old Polish Mafia related site.

  I just noticed Tommy's avatar is the same and hasn't changed with this mod installed. You are correct.
