Hmm, I have not checked for conflicts with the realism mod, so there may be a chance that it does not work. Although I have not thoroughly examined the source code of the realism mod, if it appears to have significantly altered the original dll, there's no guarantee that it will function. This is because, fundamentally, script mods are created based on the original Assembly-CSharp.dll. If that's directly modified, then it's basically hard to coexist with other mods.
My mods are essentially thought to be difficult to coexist with anything(also modded Assembly-CSharp.dll) other than mod plugins created through a mod framework called BepInEx.
In conclusion, I apologize but unless the original Assembly-CSharp.dll is used, my mod will not work.
it actually works with a lot of other mods(probably with all mods on nexus minus the EZgame mod(PROBABLY)) , just for SANDBOX, every time you start a new company, after you build minimum 1 training room, you have to save, then close the game, then reopen and load your save, and after that it will work for any training room in that save, that was the solution of my problem. Thank you for bringing this to my attention! I've tested the NewGame and LoadGame functions multiple times in various situations on my own setup and haven't encountered any issues yet. However, I do understand that there could be problems under specific combinations. I will report back if I find out more.
Seems to not work with BepInEx 6 As i need it from another mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/madgamestycoon2/mods/6) I cant use any of your mods , Is there a solution ?
