Great mod! Mine works much better in the school stories and Yagami's voice fits him well. However,
he doesn't have his shoes when inside the school (only the yakuza costume, using any lj costumes are fine) and his body is destroyed whenever yagami is supposed to be bloody (when he's strapped to that chair and tortured in ch7 ?)
I tested it on my own and it works perfectly fine. It might be another one of your mods causing conflicts since I ran the game just with the Mine and Persona Music mod and heard the music. For extra measures make sure you're using the latest version of RMM and that the music mod is in the highest priority (bottom of the list in the GUI).
